As a site operations expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Progress Monitoring: Obtain regular updates from site teams, sub-contractors, and vendors; track site activities, manpower deployment, and equipment utilization.
  • Reporting: Compile daily activity logs and resource allocation reports; draft and submit weekly progress reports with clear summaries.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and flag critical concerns or delays to the Project Manager for timely resolution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Assist in preparing summary briefs for client presentations and internal reviews; ensure timely distribution of reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of weekly reports for audit and reference; support version control and proper archiving of all project documentation.

Prerequisites:

  • Education: Diploma in Site Management or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant working experience in site coordination or a similar role; fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered.
  • Skills: Good organizational and time management skills; strong communication and interpersonal abilities; able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages may be beneficial depending on region/client base.
  • Others: Willingness to work extra hours / outside office hours when required (project-dependent); team player with a proactive attitude.
