Job Title: Construction Site Operations Manager

What You Bring:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

  • A diploma or degree in Construction Management (or related).
  • 2 to 5 years of experience managing or supervising construction sites.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Confidence in reading technical plans and using project tools.
  • Adaptability under pressure and a proactive mindset.
  • Willingness to travel or be on-site when required.
