Job Title: Workplace Safety and Health Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on site safety matters, ensuring a secure working environment for clients.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in investigating incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Develop and lead in-house safety training sessions to enhance workplace awareness and compliance.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Ensure adherence to the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and its regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of prior experience in HDB projects.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement a Safety and Health Management System (SHMS).
  • Ability to commence work immediately or within short notice.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in preparing and managing safety documentation.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent qualification.
  • Registered as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
