Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our digital transformation efforts in the pharmaceutical industry. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digitalization roadmap, focusing on integration of ERP, HR, SCM, MES, SCADA, etc.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong IT technical background, exceptional organizational and project management skills, and be natively fluent in both English and Chinese to effectively coordinate global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop site digitalization roadmap, focusing on integration of ERP, HR, SCM, MES, SCADA, etc.
  • Lead end-to-end ERP (e.g., SAP/Oracle) implementation, upgrade, and maintenance, ensuring pharmaceutical compliance.
  • Lead end-to-end manufacturing execution and operation management system (e.g., MES/WMS) implementation, upgrade, and maintenance, ensuring pharmaceutical compliance.
  • Collaborate across IT, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to organize resources for project execution.
  • Ensure digital solutions comply with FDA/EMA data integrity and GxP validation standards.
  • Manage multiple projects with accountability for budget, timeline, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery.
Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years in ERP system implementation (e.g., SAP/Oracle), with expertise in architecture & integration.
  • 3+ years of digital project experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, deep knowledge of GMP/GxP.
  • Proven organizational skills in managing cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Strong project management capability; PMP/Prince2 certification preferred.
  • Native fluency in both English and Chinese for leading meetings and drafting technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multinational pharma or CDMO manufacturing sites.
  • Knowledge of drug discovery and pharmaceutical process development processes.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML data analytics applications.
