Job Description

Reliability engineers play a vital role in ensuring the quality and performance of cutting-edge RF products. As a reliability engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to guarantee product reliability throughout its lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with RF devices, modules, and systems, as well as hands-on experience with test equipment and measurement techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or a related technical field
  • At least 3 years' experience in product reliability engineering for RF devices, modules, and systems
  • Experience conducting MTBF and MTTF analysis using software such as RAM Commander, Lambda Predict, or similar tools
  • Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and measurement techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
