Job Title: Estimating Professional

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Professional to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Quantity measurement of structural works, piping works, electrical and instrumentation works, mechanical and equipment works, and painting works.
  • Reconcile Material Takeoff (MTO) with clients.
  • Monitor changes on-site with production teams.
  • Compile change proposal register.
  • Prepare and submit change proposals to clients for approval.
  • Reconcile with clients on submitted change proposals.
  • Manage project costs, including monitoring design drawing changes, site instruction from clients, job confirmation sheets, and identification of changes from production teams.
  • Handle commercial claims, such as extension of time, disputed claims, etc.
  • Manage contracts, ensuring that our works and costs align with contract requirements.
  • Identify variances in contracts and manage disputed items.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in structural fabrication and construction works for large construction projects.
  • Able to work in a team.
