Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and plan menus, including daily specials, that reflect the diversity of Chinese cuisine.">
  • Create prep lists for the kitchen crew to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.">
  • Manage food inventory and costs to maintain profitability and minimize waste.">
  • Maintain rigorous standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance to ensure customer satisfaction.">
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health codes and regulations to guarantee a safe working environment.">
  • Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas to promote a clean and hygienic workspace.">
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in Chinese cuisine, including Sichuan dishes and Dongbei cuisine.">
  • Work closely with front-house staff to facilitate a seamless dining experience.">
