Master Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Chinese Cuisine Chef to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Expertise: Prepare ingredients, cook meals, and present dishes that meet high culinary standards.
  • Cooking Techniques: Master the control of heat for various cooking methods to ensure each dish is cooked to perfection.
  • Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate orders with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chef Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a Chinese cuisine restaurant.
  • Cooking Skills: Proficient in various Chinese cooking techniques, including stir-frying, steaming, and braising.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and provide guidance and support to kitchen staff.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with chefs, kitchen staff, and other stakeholders.
