Job Title: Experienced Chinese Cuisine Chef

We are seeking an accomplished chef to join our kitchen team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative menu items that cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.
  • Manage food costing, inventory, and storage to ensure efficient use of resources and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Chinese cuisine, including Sichuan dishes and Dongbei cuisine, as well as proficiency in using various Chinese spices.
  • Work closely with front-house staff to streamline working processes and provide exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Culinary Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Chinese cuisine, recipes, ingredients, quality control, and food safety.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in cooking, housekeeping, food quality, inventory management, purchasing, sanitation, raw materials, compliance, hazard analysis, culinary skills, and food service.
