  • Developing innovative menu ideas using seasonal ingredients and staying up-to-date with culinary trends.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
  • Training and guiding junior staff members to enhance their culinary skills.
  • Managing food inventory, controlling costs, and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborating with front-of-house staff to provide exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Chef in Chinese cuisine.
  • Proficiency in traditional Chinese cooking methods.
  • Culinary training or experience in Asian cuisine.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality dishes and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
