CareCone Group is looking for a Regional Sales Strategist to join our team in the Southeast Asia region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and staying up-to-date on market trends and developments.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients, prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, and negotiate contracts and close deals. With a proven track record of success in business development and sales, you will have a deep understanding of the Southeast Asia market dynamics and business culture.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in the staffing or recruitment industry. Fluency in English and at least one local language in SEA is preferred.
