Project Facilitator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Facilitator to support our Project Manager in managing cleanroom construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and at least 2–5 years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in cleanroom or pharmaceutical/industrial facility projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in managing and executing cleanroom construction projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
- Review and manage technical drawings, material specifications, and construction methods.
- Monitor site work to ensure compliance with design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
- Resolve on-site engineering and construction issues with prompt and practical solutions.
- Prepare project documentation including progress reports, variation orders, and meeting minutes.
- Requirements:
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in cleanroom or pharmaceutical/industrial facility projects.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
- Proficient in MS Office and project coordination tools.
