Project Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Verify Tender Documents:
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of tender documents.
  • Identify and Report Discrepancies or Issues:
  • Reporting any discrepancies or issues with tender queries.
  • Conduct Site Measurements and Prepare Bills of Quantities:
  • Preparing bills of quantities based on site measurements.
  • Compile and Submit Tender Packages:
  • Compiling and submitting tender packages, including quotations, pricing, and post-tender questionnaires.
  • Develop and Manage Project Budgets and Cash Flow Projections:
  • Developing and managing project budgets and cash flow projections.
  • Evaluate Subcontractor Quotes and Negotiate Prices:
  • Negotiating prices with subcontractors based on their quotes.
  • Liaise with Consultants and Clients:
  • Liaising with consultants and clients to obtain progress claims and monitor against cash flow projections.
  • Assess and Process Subcontractor Claims and Certify Payments:
  • Certifying payments to subcontractors based on their claims.
  • Track and Submit Variation Orders:
  • Tracking and submitting variation orders for assessment.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying:
  • A degree or diploma in building or quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 Years' Experience in Construction Project Coordination:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in construction project coordination.
  • Able to Work Independently:
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team Player:
  • A team player with a positive learning attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to Meet Deadlines:
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
