Job Title: Senior Construction Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, designs, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the team in planning and executing day-to-day activities
  • Managing materials and labor to ensure the project stays on schedule
  • Monitoring and regulating the schedule and quality performance of all subcontractors
  • Collaborating with main contractors and consultants on design analysis, approvals, and addressing technical issues
  • Attending regular site progress meetings with clients, main contractors and consultants, and supervising work progress
  • Enforcing consistent environmental, safety, and health practices

Requirements include:

  • Recognized diploma and/or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Min. 5 years of experience in project coordination and management in the building and civil works sector
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Possess good leadership qualities
  • Good positive working attitude, self-motivated and responsible
