Job Title: Senior Construction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of a construction management plan.
  • Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by sub-contractors.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural specifications and maintain high-quality standards.

You will also be responsible for coordinating architectural works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical/site issues. Additionally, you will ensure that architectural works are carried out according to specifications/drawings, inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to architectural works, supervise the progress of architectural works on site, coordinate sub-contractor's architectural work and ensure the work is on schedule, and ensure compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality aspects of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements.

Requirements:
  • Degree: Degree in Architecture, preferably recognized by BOA.
  • Experience: Min 5-7 years relevant main contractor experience in Design & Build building projects.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of architectural specifications, architectural & MEP coordination works, and requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership skills.
  • Commitment and Responsibility: Commitment and responsibility towards the role.
  • Adaptability: Proactive and adaptable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
