Job Opportunity: Site Operations Coordinator

A dynamic and challenging role has become available for an experienced Site Operations Coordinator to lead daily site activities, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization responsible for the coordination of site operations. As a Site Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising site works, coordinating subcontractors' activities, attending meetings, preparing works schedules & site supervision, conducting daily toolbox meetings, planning manpower allocation, ensuring site safety and daily housekeeping, enforcing WSH policies and driving safety on site, ensuring machinery and materials needed are in place for site activities, verifying all machinery is in working condition before work starts, assigning jobs to workers and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise site works and subcontractors' activities.
  • Attend meetings, coordinate, prepare works schedules & site supervision.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings.
  • Plan manpower allocation.
  • Ensure site safety and daily housekeeping.
  • Enforce WSH policies and drive safety on site.
  • Verify all machinery is in working condition before work starts.
  • Assign jobs to workers and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Requirements:
  • Possess Certificate in Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience working as Foreman or Site Supervisor.
  • Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations.
  • Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery, and equipment.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Can multitask, must help with general work if required.
  • Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
