Overview:

The Executive Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth operation of our shopping mall's facilities. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to manage daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep of mall facilities as a key member of the mall operations team.
  • Ensure fire safety, security, and compliance with authorities' requirements in the shopping mall building.
  • Conduct regular inspections, manage service contractors, and maintain the highest standards for building maintenance and engineering (M&E).
  • Co-develop and implement emergency plans, conduct fire safety audits, and maintain carpark facilities to achieve the highest safety and security standards.
  • Supervise maintenance technicians for preventive and corrective maintenance on property maintenance and common area management.
  • Review and approve security officers' duty rosters, supervise security operations, and attend to complaints relating to M&E services.
  • Maintain safety and security equipment, follow up on incidents or complaints, and investigate potential issues.
  • Assist in tender evaluations, recommendation, and administration of service contracts.
  • Implement Asset Enhancement Initiative projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Possess passion for facilities management and excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Be a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented team player who can work independently and perform under pressure.
  • Hold at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building/Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
  • Have at least two years' experience in similar capacities of shopping mall building/facilities management/MCST.
