Job Opportunity: Senior Facilities Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient operation of facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and carry out basic repairs for equipment and facility breakdowns.
  • Supervise and coordinate with vendors and service providers on routine maintenance and facility-related work.
  • Support engineering projects, including M&E installations and facility upgrades.
  • Attend to and resolve any facility-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering or a related field.

A strong understanding of building services, energy management, and technical support is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams.
