Senior Facilities Manager

Job Description:

As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing facility management services at assigned buildings. Your primary objective is to ensure seamless operation, maintain high service levels, and foster strong relationships with clients, authorities, and tenants.

The role involves managing term contractors and specialist contractors to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations. You will also provide timely updates on electrical, water, and other service outages and scheduled shutdowns. Additionally, you will attend to feedback from tenants and clients, recommend remedial actions, and manage expenses effectively.

In times of emergency, you will assist emergency response teams in assessing building conditions, locating missing personnel, shutting off utilities, and delivering status reports to assembly point leaders. You may also be tasked with developing and implementing facility emergency plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in building mechanical and electrical services.
  • Fully certified as a Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM).
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
