Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of facility engineers with background in M&E, HVAC, building maintenance and technology systems.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and upkeep of the site to maintain full functionality and incident-free environment.
  • Responsible for real-estate contracts such as property leasing, contractors facilities, electrical and security services.
  • Conduct regular inspection activities and check the building/facilities for defects or faulty equipment.
  • Handle purchase orders for parts replacements, severe maintenance or overhauling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in building/facilities management, electrical engineering or information technology.
  • Preferably 14 to 16 years' working experience in building & facilities, network facilities and data centre facility in a senior capacity.
  • Skilled in M&E management systems, security management (physical and technology).
  • Strong leadership skills in managing internal and external staff.
