About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Franchise Operations to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our franchise markets in India and Indonesia, as well as developing new markets in Asia through collaboration with our franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency in franchise markets
  • Collaborate with the Regional Retail Experience team to ensure the Sephora DNA is embedded across all existing and new stores
  • Work closely with franchise partners to develop annual budgets and craft omni retail strategies
  • Monitor and analyze business trends across stores, providing regular reporting and insights to inform business decisions
  • Oversee store operations, mentoring and directing strategies for success to maximize omni sales
  • Evaluate new store proposals and work with the projects and design teams to secure necessary store approvals
  • Ensure the smooth and effective operations of stores, adhering to organization standards and procedures to deliver customer service excellence
  • Conduct quarterly audits, presenting formal results and action plans for store improvement
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Business or related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience working alongside senior levels of organizations across functions - Branding, Marketing & PR, Ecommerce (including Performance Marketing), Store Operations
  • Knowledge of India and Indonesia Markets and ability to assess potential of future store openings
  • Strong business and financial acumen, particularly in consumer retail/ omni channel/ CPG Direct E-Commerce
  • Results-oriented, with experience in setting and delivering business strategies, operational plans, budgets and targets
  • Places customer service at utmost importance and has ability to influence key stakeholders in delivering what's best for our customers
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to balance priorities, resilient, dynamic and driven
  • Willing to travel to our franchises overseas when required
