Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities, driving our transition toward predictive and smart maintenance using sensor data and machine learning.

This role is critical to maintaining high equipment availability across our Metal Injection Molding (MIM) operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and complex maintenance tasks on key equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems. They will also be expected to troubleshoot faults and develop solutions to minimize production downtime.

  • Maintenance Activities:
  • Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on key equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
  • Implement condition-based monitoring using sensors (vibration, temperature, pressure, etc.).
  • Support data collection and feature extraction for predictive maintenance models.
  • Assist in deploying machine learning algorithms in collaboration with the data analytics team.
  • Work closely with IT/Digital/Automation teams to integrate sensor and equipment data into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and real-time dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records and prepare for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience with predictive maintenance techniques and machine learning concepts. Bonus points for experience with CMMS, Python scripting, or Industrial IoT (IIoT) integration.
