Job Title: Business Development Trainee

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with strong product knowledge and the ability to provide recommendations that meet customer needs.

We are seeking an ambitious trainee who can learn and grow with our business. As a Business Development Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting daily store operations, including stock management, display setup, and housekeeping.

You will assist in managing visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines and learn jewellery product placement and display techniques to maximise sales.

In addition, you will handle basic cashiering, POS transactions, and CRM data entry, as well as support with promotional campaigns and in-store events.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Assist customers with product knowledge, after-sales service, and repairs
  3. Drive sales through active client engagement and product recommendations
