Business Development Trainee

We are seeking a Business Development Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurants.

This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in restaurant management, customer service, and teamwork.

The selected candidate will be part of our training program, where they will receive comprehensive guidance and support to help them excel in their role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Enforce high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and value in our restaurants.
  • Operations Monitoring: Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines in the restaurant.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve day-to-day operational issues as and when they occur and provide support to ensure service crew can carry out assigned tasks.
  • Customer Relations: Lead investigations and resolution of complex customer complaints and feedback in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
