We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Trainees.
As a Business Development Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to develop your skills in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth.
You will work closely with the business development team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business development.Responsibilities:
Participate in a comprehensive business training program
Learn and understand the company's products/services, target market, and value proposition
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through research and lead generation activities
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify market trends and opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners
Assist in developing and executing business development strategies and plans
Collaborate with seniors in developing marketing strategies to drive sales for the company
Participate in meetings, presentations, preparing pitch decks and negotiations with clients and partners
Monitor and report on business development activities, progress, and results, new ideas for implementation

**Requirements**:
Local Diploma preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and results-oriented mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with market research and business development concepts
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment
