As a Business Development Trainee, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of business development and sales strategies. You will work closely with experienced team members to gain hands-on experience in identifying potential clients, understanding market dynamics, and contributing to the growth of the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to identify potential clients and market trends
- Assist in generating leads through various channels, including social media and networking events.
- Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and other materials for meetings.
- Participate in client meetings and calls to understand their needs and assist in building relationships.
- Engage in training sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
- Work closely with various departments to align business development strategies with company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Local Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. No experience is welcome.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
