This is a high-profile position for a skilled and detail-oriented Java developer with expertise in multithreading and concurrent programming.

Our organization is seeking an individual to contribute to the development of scalable, low-latency systems for mission-critical applications.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications that require intensive multithreaded processing.

Key responsibilities include design, implementation, and maintenance of robust Java-based applications with a focus on multithreaded architecture.

The ideal candidate will develop and optimize concurrent algorithms and threading models to improve performance and scalability.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management is essential to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications include a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Java software development is required.

Experience with JSF, Hibernate, Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks is also necessary.

Strong proficiency in Java multithreading, concurrency models (synchronized, locks, executors, etc.), and thread-safe design is essential.

Other requirements include excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
