Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled OSS System Support Engineer to work on innovative telecom projects in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support and take on second-line support tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the second- and third-line support teams to meet agreed performance targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and implementation partners.
  • Analyze software incidents reported by customers and resolve issues locally when possible.
  • Escalate complex issues to the remote support team with comprehensive diagnostic information.
  • Verify new versions of the SunVizion product before deployment.
  • Support customers during new version installations, ensuring adherence to defined maintenance windows.
  • Maintain proactive, transparent communication with stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Tech Requirements
  • Broad understanding of IT networking and telecommunications (knowledge of FTTH and GPON technologies is beneficial).
  • Familiarity with system integration principles (Web Services, SOAP, REST, synchronous/asynchronous integration patterns).
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL skills is advantageous.
