We are seeking an accomplished OSS System Support Professional to join our team in delivering exceptional support services for the SunVizion OSS system. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT networking and telecommunications, including FTTH and GPON technologies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver first-line support and take on second-line support responsibilities.
  • Maintain effective communication with second- and third-line support teams to meet agreed performance targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and implementation partners.
  • Analyze software incidents reported by customers and resolve issues locally when possible.
  • Elevate complex issues to the remote support team with comprehensive diagnostic information.
  • Verify new versions of the SunVizion product prior to deployment.
  • Support customers during new version installations, ensuring adherence to defined maintenance windows.
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Technical Skills:
  • Brief understanding of IT networking and telecommunications, including FTTH and GPON technologies.
  • Familiarity with system integration principles, including Web Services, SOAP, REST, synchronous/asynchronous integration patterns.
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL skills is advantageous.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
  • Possible travel to collaborate, train, and share knowledge with the remote team.
