Job Title:

Custody Onboarding Specialist

6 Months Contract


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage onboarding paperwork for custody clients based on internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all onboarded clients to ensure timely periodic reviews of KYC documentation.
  • Arrange and follow up on the renewal of KYC and other relevant client documents as required.
  • Regularly update the register of onboarded clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
