
Client Onboarding Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding Process Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to initiate and complete onboarding paperwork for custody clients in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all onboarded clients, including timely periodic reviews of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
- Document Renewal: Arrange and follow up on the renewal of KYC and other relevant client documents as required.
- Register Update: Maintain and regularly update the register of onboarded clients.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
