Job Title: Admin cum HR Assistant

About the Role:

The Admin cum HR Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and effective human resources management. This dynamic individual will provide administrative support, manage records, and handle various tasks to maintain a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enquiry & Complaint Handling: Assist in managing and maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from Subsidiary Proprietors (SPs) and tenants.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including the collation of weekly and monthly submissions.
  • Customer Service: Answer phones and receive requests from SPs/tenants professionally with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Mail Management: Manage mail franking and distribute incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Filing & Documentation: Establish and maintain a proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the properties.
  • Inventory & Office Maintenance: Maintain inventory of office stationery, keep equipment maintenance records, and perform general administrative duties as needed.
  • Recruitment Support: Arrange interviews and meetings for HR-related activities.
  • Payroll Preparation: Verify attendance, overtime, medical, and dental claims, and maintain leave and HR records.
  • HR Record Maintenance: Maintain employee records by tracking hires, transfers, terminations, and leave (annual, sick, OIL, etc).

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and files
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
