Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with the VP and team of administrative employees in the CBS Division at GRUNDFOS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD. As a Global Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the VP with calendar management, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure coordination of activities and different projects aimed at facilitating smooth functioning and collaboration within the CBS Division.

About the Role:

The main purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the VP, ensuring efficient planning and related hands-on work. You will have the opportunity to enter a close collaboration with the VP & a team of administrative employees in CBS Division, assisting and advising in all matters related to developing the area effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, practical details related to travel, event planning, and different ad hoc tasks. You will also oversee team and external communications initiatives and handle special requests. Additionally, you will enter forums for planning and coordination across the organization, collaborating with many different internal and external stakeholders and being a key employee in the Solutions & Marketing department.

Your Background:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. You must have at least 7 years of administrative experience and several years of demonstrated experience in planning, administration, and coordination in a large international organization. You should be proficient in MS office and a strategic person willing to proactively experiment with generative AI as a work tool. Advanced verbal and written communication skills are also essential for productive interactions with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You must have an uncompromised ability to protect the confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information, company documents, and records. It would be advantageous if you have experience from another large, global company such as Grundfos.
