Help shape the future of a renowned management consulting firm as a Senior Consultant.

As an experienced consultant, you will play a key role in enabling world-class workforce operations and experiences.

This involves delivering quality client service, providing insightful solutions, and balancing multiple priorities.

You will be expected to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, integrate into new teams, and rapidly establish relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and delivering solutions related to employee experience strategies, leading teams to develop fit-for-purpose employee experience journeys, personas, and roadmaps to improve workforce experiences, and more.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate professionalism, personal credibility, and expertise.

They should also be able to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.

A strong ability to facilitate and encourage collaboration amongst team members is essential.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should be flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in agile, fast-paced changing working environments.

Job Requirements
  • Relevant professional experience with Big 4, global management consultancy firms, niche consultancies, or in-house roles
  • Experience/knowledge of Core HR/Workforce Administration, Talent Management, and Recruitment processes
  • Ability to provide consultancy services around employee experience and employee journeys in the People and Organisation space
  • Experience implementing People solutions in technology-related projects and M&A initiatives
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
  • Experience in project and program management
