Job summary
We are seeking a Manager of Financial Grants Administration to join our team at Randstad Singapore.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of grant administration and procurement, providing leadership and guidance to the Finance team.
You will support the Team Lead in managing day-to-day tasks, lead and mentor a team of Finance professionals, and ensure the effective management of grant-related financial processes.
Responsibilities include budgeting and projecting grants, preparing and reviewing financial reports for accuracy, and performing in-depth analyses.
You will also advise on best practices, assess and improve workflows to enhance compliance and operational efficiencies, and contribute to various ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in grant finance and procurement, with excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A recognized degree in accounting, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification, coupled with at least 10 years of relevant experience is required.
Previous experience in managing grants or hands-on accounts payable is essential due to the specific requirements of the role.
