Our organization seeks a strategic and results-driven Benefits Manager to shape and scale our global benefits programs. This key role will lead the design and launch of new benefits initiatives, manage renewals, build strong partnerships with vendors, and ensure operational excellence across all benefits-related processes.
Job Description:- Develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies to support a diverse, distributed workforce.
- Launch new benefits programs from scratch, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
- Project manage renewals of existing policies, maintaining high levels of service quality.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners, fostering strong collaborations and driving value.
- Develop materials to support our benefits offerings, effectively communicating complex information to various audiences.
- Tackle special projects within the benefits space, demonstrating adaptability and innovative thinking.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all things benefits, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Create new processes to support our ever-growing operations, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency.
- Support clients in finding benefits solutions that align with their needs, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- 5+ years of experience in Benefits, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Ability to build strong partnerships, influence decisions, and communicate complex work in a clear and concise manner across various audiences.
- High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism.
- Operational experience running benefits plans, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
- Data driven; advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated interest in the future of work and evolving workplace trends, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience querying and analyzing data to drive business insights.
- Experience building consumer or business-facing products, with a focus on user experience and growth.
- Proven ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, countries, and environments, with a commitment to inclusivity and respect.
