Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new customers.
  • Develop and implement business marketing plans to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage bunker sales to third-party customers and negotiate contracts.
  • Plan and optimize bunker trading routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Liaise with existing customers, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain the Bunker Trading Platform to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage the broker/trading desk and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and transport companies.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Follow up on deals, customer payments, and invoicing.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • At least 13 years of experience as a Bunker Trader.
  • Proven ability to develop business and increase sales.
  • Strong sales track record and ability to bring in new business.
  • Back-to-back sales experience is an advantage.
