
Technology Solutions Business Developer

This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy individual passionate about building relationships and delivering tailored technology solutions to meet the unique needs of government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within various government bodies and related agencies.
- Understand the specific security, technology, and operational requirements of potential government clients.
- Develop and present compelling, customized solutions leveraging our diverse portfolio of products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the government sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations, proposals, and responses to tenders/quotations.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical, project, and support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and government procurement policies.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Government sector business.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in solutions selling within the technology, security systems, or related industries.
- Experience engaging with government clients or understanding public sector procurement is highly desirable.
- Diploma/Degree from any educational background; drive, skills, and experience are most important.
- Tech-savvy individual with genuine interest and aptitude for technology.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts related to security systems, IoT, software, and integrated solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and results-oriented individual with a positive, energetic attitude.
