System Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Development Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end solutions that meet business needs. This includes working closely with users to understand their requirements, providing advice and assistance on the effective use of application systems and information technology, and managing the development process to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design and develop high-quality, functional solutions that provide a good user experience.
  • Business Partnership: Work closely with users to understand their requirements and provide advice and assistance on the effective use of application systems and information technology.
  • Project Management: Manage the development process to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Troubleshooting: Monitor the performance of applications and work with stakeholders to troubleshoot any issues that arise in the production environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in application development using a range of technologies and programming languages, including mobile, web, object-oriented programming, SQL, Java, JavaScript, etc. You should also have experience in project management and be able to manage user expectations and deliver within project timelines. Additionally, knowledge of Scrum/DevOps concepts, CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Confluence, JIRA, SonarQube, etc., cloud, microservices architecture, and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
