**ZS's Digital & Technology group **helps companies define and execute their technology strategy by designing, building and operating their business intelligence (BI), cloud, data management, dashboard and analytics capabilities. Team members strategize, design and build custom IT solutions to improve our clients’ commercial effectiveness.

**ZS's Business Technology Solutions **team is responsible to lead the end-to-end responsibility of projects across all phases i.e. discovery, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and operations. This team seeks the opportunity to undertake diverse tech roles and foster continuous innovation which benefits the individual’s professional growth and brings the best in delivering world-class technology solutions. In addition, this team configures ZS’s proprietary software used to streamline business processes for commercial groups at client organizations. This team takes overall ownership of the solution delivery, managing operations services, client stakeholder management, contribute to business development and selling activities, project planning, and team management.

**Business Technology Solutions Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Architect analytics, DW/BI solutions for an enterprise.
- Architect and Design big data platform using open source technologies such as Spark, Impala, Hive and Scala
- Collaborate with domain and client teams to architect solutions required by their respective teams
- Stay ahead of client technology needs and conceptualize solutions to stay ahead of industry
- Develop technology ideas/solutions and their architecture while keeping business context as prime factor
- Lead architect and design solution for business development opportunities.
- Develop best practices for DW/BI services such as automation for the setup, maintenance of the Big Data Platform, financial management, etc.
- Develop and Review client teams’s architecture and provide recommendations
- Develop architecture skills in the team
- Expertise in implementing cloud-based architecture. Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure will be an added benefit
- Architectural understanding of architecting technology agnostics architecture.
- Ability to leverage right technology stack to optimize performance, scalability and agility
- Contribute to ZS IT capability building knowledge creation
- Coach, mentor, and conduct training programs in data modeling, data warehousing, and other IT topics

**Qualifications**:

- 10-14 years hands on IT consulting and solution deployment work experience
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field from a top university is required
- Strong Background in architecting enterprise solutions across multiple technologies
- Expertise in architecting Big Data Infrastructure, Engineering and architecture and working with Big Data and Hadoop File System
- Experience in architecting DW/BI, analytics solutions is must
- 10-14 years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements.
- Sound knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF, is must. Certification is preferable
- Proven leadership skills to build consensus on strategies. Ability to work with client architects and managers to align on recommendations and next steps
