Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Meat Production Manager. This position involves overseeing the entire meat production process, from raw meat handling to final product delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pack raw meat and prepare it for shipping.
  • Cut and prepare raw meat according to customer orders.
  • Prepare frozen raw meat for further processing.
  • Handle heavy goods (raw meat) from point A to point B.
  • Clean the walk-in freezer/cold room where raw meat is stored.
  • Manage other raw meat-handling workers and assist them as needed.
  • Schedule work shifts.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Physically demanding due to raw meat handling.
  • Very cold environment due to frozen meat storage.
  • High working hours due to demand.
