Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Geriatric Care Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality care to elderly residents and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical supervision to junior staff members
  • Assisting in the management of food costs and inventory control
  • Working closely with medical doctors to review treatment plans
  • Resolving resident feedback and complaints
  • Deputizing for senior staff members when necessary

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in nursing with a valid practicing license
  • At least 2-3 years of post-registration experience in geriatric care settings
  • Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
