About This Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Geriatric Care Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly individuals by providing holistic care and support.

As a Geriatric Care Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of our senior residents. This will involve delivering professional nursing care tailored to their specific needs, including geriatric assessment, treatment, and management.

You will also be responsible for planning and implementing activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. This may include organizing games, outings, and other events that stimulate their minds and bodies.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to maintain accurate records and documentation, collaborate with caregivers and volunteers, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Nursing Qualifications: Min GCE O Level or equivalent; ITE Certificate in Home Care or Healthcare related certificate
  • Experience: Min 2 years Singapore working experience in geriatric care
  • Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Personal Qualities: Passionate disposition to care for elderly; commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
