Geriatric Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Geriatric Care Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care services.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident progress and care plans.
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma/Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Counselling or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant healthcare industry experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English with ability to converse in dialects or other languages.
