Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Lead to drive business outcomes and optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in project management methodologies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, incorporating stakeholder input and business objectives.
    • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Risk Management and Mitigation:
    • IDentify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Foster a high-performing team environment, promoting open communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
    • Coach and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
    • Craft and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and updates that effectively communicate project status and value.

Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • 6-10 years of project management experience in a similar industry or function.
  • Certifications:
    • PMP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proven expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
