  • Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Ensure robust data backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity measures are in place and regularly tested.
  • Monitor and manage IT security threats and vulnerabilities, including data breaches, malware, and unauthorized access.
  • Handle incident, problem, and change management processes efficiently.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Identify potential security weaknesses and risks to make improvements in company's IT security.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversee troubleshooting of complex IT issues.
  • Oversee and ensure timely technical support to all users.
  • Conduct periodic review and assessment of IT competences of the company and recommend staff training and upgrading where required.
  • Assess and provide relevant software/hardware tools to staff for job efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and technology partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in a leadership role.
  • Working experience in the Architectural or construction industry will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in IT management or a related leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
