We are seeking an experienced technician to join our team as a Senior Maintenance Specialist. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and costs.
  • Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot critical system failures to ensure business continuity.
  • Document all maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with project managers to execute facility upgrades and improvements that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes across all serviced properties.

Requirements:

  • NITEC in HVAC, electrical systems, or related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or technical operations.
  • Valid certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or related specialty.
  • Strong knowledge of building automation systems and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional nights and weekends for emergency responses.
