Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all preventive and corrective maintenance of non-clinical equipment assigned.

  • Attend to Work Requests (WR) and perform the necessary rectification required.

  • Consolidate and submit daily all duly completed PM checklists and WRs to the Engineer for compilation.

  • Assist the Engineer/Technical Officer in supervising contractors/vendors for preventive/breakdown maintenance of equipment under warranty/contracted period.

  • Participate in testing and commissioning of new facilities and equipment when required.

  • Identify and initiate procurement of spare parts.

  • Perform fabrication work and welding for innovation/improvement works when necessary.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Computer literate.

  • Hardworking and able to multitask.

  • Good safety mindset and display of good WSH behaviour.

  • Certification in TIG/General welding is an advantage.
