Job Title: Senior Maintenance Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized maintenance specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a high level of quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Review facilities with an aesthetic eye for detail
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues related to air conditioning, plumbing, humidity, and M&E systems
  • Optimize efficiency while reducing operating costs
  • Manage upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
  • Inspect buildings' structures to determine and implement the need for repairs
  • Supervise foreign staff and external contractors
Requirements:
  • Construction experience
  • Data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Asbuilt Drawings, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Spreadsheets
  • Good communication skills
