Senior Maintenance Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the efficiency of District Cooling System (DCS) plants and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) plants.
  • Perform routine testing and inspections of plant equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Carry out basic troubleshooting and repairs of plant equipment, minimizing downtime and increasing productivity.
  • Support supervisors in calibrations and control troubleshooting as required, promoting efficient operations.
Additional Duties:
  • Maintain an accurate event log for plants maintenance activities, facilitating record-keeping and transparency.
  • Assist supervisors to close Work Order/Service Request in the Maintenance System, streamlining processes and enhancing collaboration.
  • Support emergencies/special operations as requested by Operations teams, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Supervise externally sourced maintenance, working together with vendors on any maintenance or troubleshooting activities, fostering strong partnerships.
Requirements:
  • NITEC certificate in Electrical/Mechanical/Air-conditioning/Control & Instrumentation with a minimum two years of relevant experience, showcasing technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Fresh NITEC graduates would be considered and provided with comprehensive training, offering opportunities for growth and development.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance in facility management or process plants, highlighting practical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge in air-conditioning equipment functionality, demonstrating a solid foundation in the subject matter.
